My first time in an actual LUSH outlet store was the most gratifying experience I've ever had at a strip mall. The ladies in the store were eager, friendly, and best of all, helpful.
I didn't know LUSH made products that catered to African-Americans, so when the employee offered to put some R&B cream (revive and balance) in my hair, I figured it was just a generic hair product that they test on everyone. As the lady massaged the cream into my curls, she explained that this particular item was ideal for people with curly, dry, or damaged hair.
And what do you know, my hair falls into pretty much all three categories.
The cream is pretty thick, so you really only need a dime sized portion. I've been rubbing it into the undersides of my curls, as well as my ends. It smells incredibly fresh and works magic throughout the entire day!
I'm loving the fact that LUSH makes products for all kinds of customers to use. A sister needs to get her all-natural, curl-cairng cream from somewhere! And after all, we love our R&B.
